Returns Policy

At Collection by Corabeth, we aim to deliver beautiful items and exceptional customer service whenever you order from us. 

Collection by Corabeth Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund, subject to the following conditions.

To initiate a return, please email us at collectionbycorabeth@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), including your order number and a request for a refund.

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed instructions for our straightforward returns process. Kindly ensure that you include your order number and name inside the package when returning the items. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, swing tags, and protective materials. The items should remain new, unused, and free from any signs of wear or alteration. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of unreasonable use or have been damaged or modified in any way.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Collection by Corabeth is not liable for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Return Timeframe and Refund Process

Refunds can only be issued within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for returns outside of this period.

Returns received after the 14-day grace period may be considered at the discretion of Collection by Corabeth and may either be returned to the customer or refunded as Online Credit.

Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date we receive your return. Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued for the standard shipping cost. If you selected premium or express delivery, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Exclusions

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on the following items:

• Items made-to-order according to your specifications, such as bespoke colours, lengths, patterns, or designs.
• Any product that has been personalised in any way, including embroidery, printed materials, or custom designs selected by you.
  
• Perishable goods, such as confectionery or alcohol.
• All custom orders are final and non-returnable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

We pride ourselves on speedy shipments, so please do get in touch ASAP if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping.

You can do so by emailing collectionbycorabeth@outlook.com. Our Customer Care opening hours are 9:00 - 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.

Please note all personalised or custom orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

If your order has been shipped or is in transit, you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. However, you can still return the goods following our Collection by Corabeth Returns Policy above.
