General Delivery Information

Thank you for your order. We strive to process and dispatch your items as promptly as possible.

• For non-personalised or made-to-order items, we aim to ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• For personalised or made-to-order items, please check the estimated dispatch time stated on the individual product listing. If you purchase multiple items, with various dispatch times, the whole order will be shipped as one. 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by shipping updates via email.

EU and International Orders

Orders shipping outside of United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any such charges. Please note that orders for personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
